1. Pretreatment
Immediately after use, wipe off the dirt on the outer surface with wet gauze, and repeatedly supply water and air for seconds.
Remove the endoscope, install the waterproof cover, and send it to the cleaning and disinfection room.
2. Leak test
A leak test should be conducted before cleaning and disinfection. Under normal circumstances, wet testing is used, and dry testing is used in emergencies.
3. Washing
Put the endoscope into the water washing tank, rinse it thoroughly under running water, and wipe the lens body and operating part with gauze. Replace the gauze after use.
Remove the biopsy inlet valve, aspirator button and air and water supply button, and use a clean brush to thoroughly scrub the biopsy hole and the aspirator pipe of the light guide hose at least once. When scrubbing, you should touch the brush hands at both ends and clean the brush. Dirt on the head. Clean and disinfect the brush after use. Rinse the removed valves and buttons with clean water and dry them.
